Emil J. Paidar Barber Chair that belonged to my father, who was a licensed barber and cut hair in Atlanta and Decatur for many years.

The chair was most likely manufactured in the 1960s. It could use a good detailed cleaning, but the hydraulics work for going up and down. I’m not sure if the chair reclines or how to operate the headrest.
