Early 1900’s Theo Kochs Barber Chair

I have a Theo Kochs Dental Chair- Model Columbia which was given to me 30 years agoi by my dad and has sat as a decorative piece in my dental office for that period of time. The oak and leather work had been redone in South Africa where he purchased the chair. The brake works but the chair doesnt pump up and down as far as I can tell.

I am retiring and just need this to goto a good home or to someone who wishes to rstore this fully for themselves or for sale as I know working these are valuable.
