   Just a shot in the dark…but
   I had that exact make and model and sold it some years back…well after I sold it and lost the contact info of buyer I found the spin brake ring that locks it from spinning…I took it out to have welded years prior and just forgot it.
   My question is, does yours have it’s brake and if not I will give you the one I have…random I know but I don’t want bad karma for selling a part that I tech. Already sold…
