RARE, Collectible E. Berninghaus Vintage Barber Chiar in excellent condition. Hydraulics in good working order. Chair swivels and locks as well as reclines. Also includes original razor strap. Small worn spot in the center to the seat. All upholstery and brads are original. Circa 1898.
