Brown leather, swivel, lever works to raise and lower seat, recline and hydraulics work, porcelain base with brass trim, functional headrest and footrest. Needs restoration. Suburb of Wilmington, Delaware in Pennsylvania. The base ring is missing a 9″ piece. Have pictures of this if desired.
