For Sale: Single chair, no waiting!

1930’s era Emil J. Paider “Model 504” Barber Chair in amazing condition! Fully restored to better than its original glory by a renown restoration expert. Originally manufactured in the mid 1930’s. All the leather surfaces are excellent and have the exact same thread color and thickness and the staples, tacks, wood blocks, are all consistent. The black porcelain surfaces are near flawless and as seen in the photo are beautifully hand “pin lined”. The nickel surfaces have good patina and the the metal surfaces are in excellent condition with minimal pitting/rust/corrosion. The chair is fully functional and the hand crank is smooth and precise. The chair is very heavy – in excess of 350 lbs. so it will need to be moved with caution and by someone who knows what they are doing. Chair also has a very interesting (and is published) history and some of the most famous behinds in the world have sat in it! (full provenance available!).
