Emil J Paidar porcelain chair

This listing is for a Emil J Paidar antique barber chair. Chair is porcelain and metal. The chair was reupholstered by the previous owner with a plaid cloth fabric. I was going to reupholster it and found that the new upholstery was put over the original upholstery. The original upholstery is in very good shape. Chair needs some cleaning and maybe some light restoration. It has the leather shaving strap and the headrest which has no upholstery. The hydraulics worked when I first purchased the chair 5 years ago but it currently has no hydraulic fluid so I can’t 100% guarantee they still work. The chair is located on Long Island in Western Suffolk county by the LIE, Northern State, Southern State, and route 110. I prefer local pick up but I am willing to ship worldwide as long as buyer covers cost of shipping and packaging and makes the shipping arrangements with the freight company.
